That girls don’t play football (soccer) only netball and hockey.
English women won the world cup last night, inspiring new generations of little girls to play because someone challenged that stupid old idea and those girls were allowed to play football.

Wow! This just blew my mind. These are actually things children are taught at school every day. People only realize how wrong and twisted this is when someone puts it down like this. These are the true underlying messages of the “education” most children out there receive for 12-14 years. I still haven’t read a happiness post that I didn’t agree 100% with. Some of these items in particular really resonated with me and some are actually taught not only by school but also by parents themselves.
And no, if kids are still being taught this stuff then schools haven’t changed at all.
