I’ve been feeling like I cant get anything to happen, even the things they say they want to do, and have been feeling discouraged, uncomfortable and unsettled. I’ve tried approaching each day anew but keep coming back to that feeling of it’s not enough. And a feeling of being at a loose end myself. I dont know how to do what they do, what you describe so well above. I feel like I “should” all the time. If you have any idea of how to help get through and past this without causing any more damage (ive thrown a few tantrums, im sorry to say).
