I love this I really do! As kids my sister and I roamed freely, built forts in the woods and rode our bikes all over. My husband has told me stories of playing in the creeks and cornfields surrounding their house. I'm ALL for free play and taking the risk but help me...we love on a ranch-smack dab in the middle of all the action. The road curves around our house creating a blind spot going both ways. To me a kid could so easily get hit by a truck, 4 wheeler, tractor, etc... that's not a risk I'm willing to take...there may not be any coming back from thst risk. How do I overcome this hurdle??
I only have a 5 month old, so I won't have to deal with this for a while and maybe you just know how to when the time comes but it's something I've thought about ever since moving here 3 yrs ago...
