Houses full of Christmas magic also look like this
Houses full of Christmas magic also look like this.

Just a reminder as you scroll past so many posts of perfectly decorated houses with everything in their place that look like what you might imagine Santa's own house looks like! They are so beautiful!

But your house can look like this too. It can look like kids sitting on the floor amongst scraps of cardboard, plastic wrappings from clay they were using, hot glue absolutely everywhere, paint that is no doubt getting on the floor, untidy shelves of art supplies because they get used so much and no one puts things back right.

No one is noticing the mess because they are very busy and excited making the most thoughtful gifts for each other. The Christmas carols are playing, the lights are twinkling, the tree is decorated with years of memories.

What a beautiful mess! It sure feels like Christmas magic to me.
